What is Guaranteed Ride Home?
To request a Guaranteed Ride Home, simply call 1-800-234-RIDE (7433) and let our friendly Commuter Support Specialists know that you would like to request a Guaranteed Ride Home. They will do the rest.
Commuters must be registered with South Florida Commuter Services for at least 24 hours before becoming eligible to request a Guaranteed Ride Home.
Eligible Commuters
Commuters must vanpool at least three days a week and live in Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St Lucie, or Indian River County.
